Finding TADS for OS/2 Warp
Stephen Granade has created two versions of TADS 2.2 for OS/2 users; one featuring a full-fledged GUI and the other not. You can find copies of both versions at the IF-archive. However, neither one has been updated to TADS 2.2.6, so you can't play the latest games using them. They are also no longer being maintained.

Complete text-only TADS for OS/2:

Fully windowed TADS for OS/2; interpreter only:

Unzipping the File
The files are stored as ZIP archives. You'll need an unzipping utility to decode them.

Running the Interpreter
In the TADS directory you'll find an application labeled "tr" or "tadsr" or "tadsos2.exe". This is the interpreter program that lets you run TADS games. Just type "tr" (or "tadsr") followed by the name of the game you want to play, or double-click the TADS icon.

Note that if you downloaded the non-GUI version you'll also be getting the compiler and other odds and ends. You don't need any of the other files in the folder if you simply want to play a game. The other stuff is only really important if you intend to write your own TADS game.

Have fun!
