Historical IF documents

These documents, mostly from the 1980s and very early 90s, discuss the state of the art of IF - at the time. Looking back they make very interesting reading. In particular, how many advanced concepts are now commonplace.

The copyright status on these documents (except for mine and Gil Williamson's) is somewhat uncertain. At least some of the magazines in which these articles originally appeared no longer exist. And they certainly are of no commercial value. Having said that, the copyright is still owned by somebody. So. If you’re that somebody and you object to me hosting your intellectual property here, please notify me immediately (tela @ tela.bc.ca) and I’ll remove it pronto. Otherwise I’m going to assume that this stuff isn’t a problem, copyright-wise.
